Klaudia joined Alliance Medical in July 2025 as Director of Strategy, leading the development of long‑term strategy, major strategic programmes, and the organisation’s market intelligence capability. Her role spans shaping future service models, driving cross‑functional strategic initiatives, and ensuring the organisation remains competitive and insight‑led in a rapidly evolving diagnostics landscape.

She brings over a decade of strategy consulting experience, where she advised public and private sector clients across healthcare and adjacent industries. Her work covered strategic development, large‑scale transformation, clinical and organisational strategy, market reviews, and commercial due diligence and M&A advisory. In the later years of her consulting career, she specialised in healthcare, supporting providers, commissioners, and investors on complex system change, growth strategy, and operational improvement.

Klaudia holds an MSc in International Management from the London School of Economics and Corvinus University of Budapest.
