Becci joined Alliance Medical Limited in November 2024 and took on the role of Director of Clinical Services in August 2025. She leads the organisation’s clinical governance, quality and patient safety agenda, ensuring services are safe, effective and consistently deliver excellent patient outcomes and experience. Her remit includes strengthening clinical standards, supporting teams to deliver high-quality care, and embedding continuous improvement across Alliance’s diagnostic and community-based services to meet the evolving needs of our patients and NHS partners. Becci serves as the organisation’s CQC Nominated Individual and Caldicott Guardian, providing executive accountability for regulatory compliance, patient safety oversight and the safe, appropriate use of patient information.

A nurse by background, Becci brings over 20 years’ NHS experience, including senior roles in Intensive Care, Cancer diagnostics, and Community Diagnostic Centre programmes. She has a strong track record in clinical pathway redesign and operational transformation, with a particular passion for improving access and enabling earlier, faster diagnosis through clinically led, patient-centred models of care.
