Ed joined Alliance Medical Group in Summer 2025, initially as Group Strategy Officer, and moved to become UK Managing Director in November 2025.

Ed has over twenty years of experience across the UK and European healthcare sectors, having previously been a Senior Managing Director at Teneo, a global professional advisory firm. Whilst at Teneo, Ed led the Health and Social Care Practice within Teneo’s Management Consulting division. He has deep experience across strategic, due diligence and operational improvement engagements, having worked for Boards of both public and private providers of Health and Social Care services, spanning the UK, European and Global markets. Whilst covering numerous subsectors within health, Ed worked extensively in Diagnostics during his time at Teneo, developing a strong understanding of the key dynamics impacting patients, providers and commissioners of diagnostic services.

Ed received a 1^st Class Honours degree in History from the University of Oxford.
