The centre is easily accessible by car, bus or train. William Harvey hospital is signposted from junction 10 of the M20. Enter the site off the A2070 mini-roundabout and park in the main visitor car park. There is a drop-off point in front of the Renal Unit.

There are regular direct train services to Ashford international rail station. It is a 15-minute walk to the town centre, from where bus services run every 15-minutes to the hospital.
