Southend PET-CT Centre
Welcome to Southend PET CT Centre based within Southend university hospital. Southend PET CT was opened in 2017 and offers a PET CT Service Monday- Saturday and a CT service on a Sunday. Patients will be welcomed in to a warm and friendly environment and every effort is made to deliver top quality care to each patient. Southend has a Siemens Biograph mCT64 scanner that produces excellent images for referring consultants. We offer our services to both NHS and private patients.

At our PET-CT scanner suite we are equipped to conduct a range of scan types, including brain, PSMA for prostate imaging, Choline, and Cardiac Sarcoid.

Please note we also accept paediatric services from the ages of 13-18.
Please note we do accept insured referrals from companies including BUPA, AXA and Aviva, alongside private self-pay patients
