Alliance Medical Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of RTM, a leading Dutch radiopharmaceutical manufacturer, marking another milestone in the expansion of its European radiopharmacy platform.

Building on a long-standing strategic partnership, the transaction strengthens Alliance Medical's manufacturing footprint, expands its Northwest European network and enhances resilience, innovation and patient access to molecular imaging.

The acquisition creates opportunities to optimise manufacturing, quality, logistics and regulatory capabilities across the network and provides a scalable platform for diagnostic and future theranostic radiopharmaceuticals. Existing customer relationships and the long-standing collaboration between both organisations provide a strong foundation for seamless integration.

RTM has earned an outstanding reputation for GMP manufacturing, research collaborations, operational excellence and scientific expertise. This acquisition follows a series of major investments across Alliance Medical's radiopharmacy network, including the development of new facilities in Bridgwater, UK, Manchester, UK and Dublin, Ireland, together with the expansion of manufacturing capabilities at Dinnington, UK and Karlsruhe, Germany. Collectively, these investments demonstrate Alliance Medical's long-term commitment to building Europe's most integrated radiopharmacy platforms, strengthening manufacturing capacity, supporting research and innovation, and improving patient access to advanced molecular imaging.
