There are different levels to the IIP accreditation, with Gold being one of the highest forms of recognition. Achieving an IIP Gold Accreditation signifies that here at Alliance Medical we demonstrate a strong commitment to our employees' growth and well-being. This means we continually invest in training and development, have clear and robust processes in place to ensure our people are able to provide feedback, meet regularly with their manager, be rewarded and have opportunities to access mentoring, across all levels from directors to administration staff.
