Ethical Practice is at the heart and soul of our culture. It is essential that we promote an open culture, within which it is safe to raise concerns and Speak Up to ensure safe patient care.
We would like to hear about concerns relating to bribery, conflicts of interest, corruption, dishonesty, fraud, abuse of assets, clinical malpractice, breach of policies and unethical and unfair business practice.
Employees are encouraged to raise concerns through our internal ‘Freedom to Speak Up’ framework and patients are encouraged to alert us to concerns through our feedback and complaints procedure.
In addition to our feedback and complaints procedure you have the option to consider reporting your concern to our ‘tip-off’ helpline managed independently by a third party.
