David is the unit manager and assisted in setting up the CMR service with Dr Schmitt at UHSM
He qualified in 1995 and has worked in general radiography and MR. David's previous position was at Siemens Medical as an applications specialist where, amongst other responsibilities, he provided cardiac MR training to Siemens customers
Michelle Minton

BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography
Michelle qualified in 1999. She has worked in general radiography and is an experienced cardiac catheterisation radiographer. She has been with the CMR team for the past three and a half years since the unit opened.
Lenin Francis
Radiographer
Diagnostic Radiography Diploma
Lenin qualified in Diagnostic Radiography in India in 1994 and has previous experience in general radiography, neurological CT and general MR.
He has worked at the CMR unit since it opened in 2008. Lenin is currently studying for a PgC in MR.
Clair Ludwig
Radiographer
BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography
Clair qualified in radiography in 1996 and has worked in cross sectional imaging for the past ten years. She successfully completed a PgC in MRI in 2010 and has worked in the unit for the past three years.
Helen Devine
Patient Administrator
Helen has been with the CMR team for the past three years and is responsible for administration of the service. Her role encompasses booking scan appointments, issuing completed reports and answering telephone queries.
She has recently expanded her role to include clinical responsibilities in the area of patient preparation.
