How to refer your patient
A simple, two-step process
Step 1: Choose your location, and- Step 2: Complete and return the relevant referral form listed alongside each location
What happens next?
- Once your patient's procedure is booked, they'll be sent:
- A confirmation letter
- A patient guide including full details about their scan and the best way to prepare
- A map of the location
- And, where relevant, a questionnaire
Receiving your report
- Our reports are accurate, comprehensive and prepared by a team of radiologists who are established experts in their field
- We have turnaround times to suit your needs and urgent conditions are reported back immediately
- Reports are returned to you on computer disc, by email or via hard copy
- Images are accepted on hard copy film, computer disc or directly onto our PACS
- Our radiologists always welcome direct contact with you to discuss interesting or complex cases
