In the UK, Alliance Medical has 20 years experience of delivering a broad range of mobile and static diagnostic imaging solutions - In 2007 Dubai International Capital acquired the group at a value of £600 million, making us the largest independent radiology service company in the world by market capitalisation
- We operate the largest fleet of mobile MRI, PET/CT, X-ray, CT, Portable Ultrasound and Echocardiography scanners in the UK

First in the world to offer a fully configured cardiac mobile MRI system- First in Europe to offer mobile spiral CT
- First to install a GE multi-slice CT on mobiles
- First in the UK to install an LSO Biograph PET/CT scanner
- First in Europe to launch an independent imaging centre with PET/CT, 16 slice CT and Cardiac Optimised MR
- First in the UK to offer a mobile PET service, not requiring the support of a Nuclear Medicine Department
- First in Europe to launch PET/CT mobile services
- First to provide a managed MRI static service in Scotland
- First to provide the NHS with a RIS/PACs enabled tele-radiology service from a fleet of Mobile MRI Scanners delivering over 10,000 patient images a month
